DEADLINES
• Friday, August 7 Registration Request forms DUE in our office.
Registration requests are only confirmed once you receive an email
confirmation or verify with the office.
• Thursday, August 27
Registrations not paid by this date may be cancelled.
REGISTRATION SUPPORT
• Monday, August 3: In-person registration assistance at Peoria Next
10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
• Tuesday, August 4: By appointment assistance at our Westlake Hall office
• Wednesday, August 5 – Friday, August 7: Phone support
Due to high call volume, phone assistance is only available August 5 – 7. We
encourage members to take advantage of earlier in-person support
options if possible.
ALERT! COMMUNICATION COMES BY EMAIL
All confirmations, reminders, updates, and itinerary revisions are sent via
email. Program details, including meeting locations and times, will be
shared in advance of each event.
To stay up to date, please check your inbox regularly and add
olli@bradley.edu and continue@continuing.bradley.edu to
your email contacts to ensure our messages are delivered to
your inbox rather than your junk or spam folder.
SHUTTLE TRANSPORTATION REMINDER
To help ensure a smooth experience for everyone, participants
are strongly encouraged to ride the OLLI shuttle transportation
provided for learning trips. If you are unable to ride the shuttle
and need to drive separately, please notify the OLLI office at least
10 days in advance so accommodations can be reviewed and
coordinated with trip staff and hosts.
