The Queen of Squash

Join owner Heather Wolbeck for a tour of The
Queen of Squash, a new Peoria restaurant focusing
on providing locally sourced, clean food. All menu
items are gluten-free, with many options for vegan,
vegetarian, Whole30, and Keto lifestyles. Heather
will discuss her journey to a healthy lifestyle, why
her menu focuses on clean eating, and answer our
questions as we indulge in some of The Queen of
Squash’s signature offerings during our lunch.

closer look at the pre-press operations and the silk
screen printing manufacturing process.
