Queen of Squash, a new Peoria restaurant focusing
on providing locally sourced, clean food. All menu
items are gluten-free, with many options for vegan,
vegetarian, Whole30, and Keto lifestyles. Heather
will discuss her journey to a healthy lifestyle, why
her menu focuses on clean eating, and answer our
questions as we indulge in some of The Queen of
Squash’s signature offerings during our lunch.
